Returns & Exchanges at Blue Panda

We want you to love your Blue Panda style, so if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place your items in the original packaging or a secure mailer and include the printed return slip inside the package.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
